Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

Section 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Yummy Drinks SARLS (hereinafter “Seller”).

The contract language is German. The contract text is not stored after the contract is concluded and is not accessible.

Section 2 Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

Yummy Drinks SARLS
45 Rue de Soleuvre
L-4487 Belvaux, Luxembourg
RCS Luxembourg B277737
Email: hello@yummydrinks.lu

Section 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods.

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The order confirmation by email constitutes acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded upon this acceptance.

Section 4 Prices and payment

All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and must be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout (credit card, Google Pay, etc.).

Section 5 Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are stated during the ordering process and are non-binding unless expressly confirmed as binding.

Shipping is within Luxembourg. Different conditions may apply for deliveries to other countries — see our shipping policy.

Section 6 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

Section 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Luxembourg law apply. In the event of defects, please contact us by email at hello@yummydrinks.lu.

Section 8 Age restriction

Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age.

Section 9 Applicable law

The law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

Section 10 Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
